Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about Neurally and AI sales agents. Can’t find the answer? Contact us.
Does Neurally replace our CRM?
No. Your CRM remains the tool you use to manage customers and opportunities. Neurally works on the sales team’s documents, such as price lists, offers, emails, recorded calls and contracts: it answers questions, runs calculations and prepares drafts, citing the source.
Does it connect to our CRM?
Yes, through the APIs: read access on the Company plan, read and write on Business. Alternatively, CRM exports saved in a connected folder on SharePoint, Google Drive, Amazon S3 or SFTP are read and updated like any other document.
Can it prepare a quote?
Yes, as a draft: it applies the list prices and the terms it finds in the documents, runs the calculations and gives you the file in Word or PDF, with citations of the documents used. Checking it and sending it to the customer remain up to you.
Does it read emails with customers?
Yes, when they are saved as .eml or .msg files in a connected folder: it reads the subject, sender, recipients, body and attachments. Neurally does not connect directly to the mailbox.
What about call recordings?
Yes, from the Company plan: Neurally transcribes audio and video and answers questions about what was said and shown, for example in a recorded meeting or demo.
Who can see price lists and discounts?
Only people with access to the knowledge base that contains them: you share it with the people or teams you choose, with read or edit access. The organisation’s owner and admins have full access.
