Neurally answers which documents a call requires and by when, cites the article, annex and FAQ, and prepares an Excel checklist for review. Sample data.

A regulation changes, a call comes out. And someone has to reread everything.

Long texts, annexes, clarifications and overlapping versions: the information you need is there, but it has to be found in time. That calls for AI tender analysis that also retrieves regulations and reads the FAQs.

  • Long, technical texts

Dozens of pages of articles, paragraphs and cross-references to other rules, to be read in full.
  • Scattered requirements

Conditions and required documents are spread across the call, its annexes and FAQs published later.
  • Overlapping versions

An updated rule or an extension changes what applied until yesterday.

What has changed? Ask Neurally.

Compare two versions of a standard, a regulation or a call and get a list of the differences, each with the passage it comes from.

From call to checklist, in three steps.

  1. Connect the folder

Calls, annexes, FAQs, technical standards and regulations, from the storage you already use. When a new version arrives, Neurally syncs it.
  2. Ask for what you need

Requirements, deadlines, eligible costs, obligations: the answer cites the article, paragraph and page.
  3. Get the draft

A document checklist, summary or requirements table in Excel, Word or PDF, ready to check and download.

Which documents does Neurally read?

PDF, Word, Excel, HTML pages and scans, thanks to OCR: calls, annexes, FAQs, regulations and technical standards, even very long ones.

Does it pick up a new version when it comes out?

If the new version lands in a connected cloud folder, Neurally reads it straight away; if it is on a company server, just click “Update now”. You can then ask it what has changed from the previous one.

Can it tell me whether my company is eligible for a call?

Neurally compares the call’s requirements with the documents you give it and shows what it finds, and where. The final assessment stays with you or your adviser.

Can I upload paid technical standards?

Yes. Neurally works on the documents your company already owns. Their use remains subject to the licence terms under which you bought them.
